Joel is the Executive Manager at the Australia/Israel & Jewish Affairs Council. Joel has many senior roles in the Australian Jewish community including the President of the Australasian Union of Jewish Students and an office bearer for the Zionist Federation of Australia. Joel has lead international delegations to the United Nations as well as over 60 high level Australian delegations to Israel. Joel is a regular presenter at public forums as well as teaching Middle-East strategic studies to a range of professionals. He holds a bachelor of arts (political science & anthropology) and a masters of laws (Juris Doctorate) from Monash University
