Lillian Kline is a purpose-driven leader in social impact, philanthropy, and community advocacy. She is Head of Philanthropy at the Victor Smorgon Group, Chair of The Flourish Journey and Flourish Girl, and the founder of Project A, a grassroots initiative established in the wake of October 7 to support Jewish safety and social cohesion in Australia. Lillian is also the co-founder of The Dea Network, a growing community of women leaders using their influence and resources to drive positive change. With a background in law, international human rights, and public policy, Lillian brings strategic insight, compassion, and conviction to every endeavour. Outside of her professional life, Lillian is a passionate traveller and fitness enthusiast — and the proud mother of four extraordinary children who are her greatest joy and inspiration.
